Preliminary 2016 NEAT Fair Schedule Of Events

Note: all times approximate and schedule may be changed without notice by
the Event Director

Thursday
Set-up day
Flying off casual board as soon as board and pilot stations are erected.
3-4PM (approximate time) Battle of Britain Commemorative flight.
Friday
First light-Noon Sport Flying on 2.4ghz band and all 72mhz frequencies from casual board.
Note: no flying of “noisy” pusher prop aircraft or ducted fans until 8AM.
9AM-Noon FPV Quad racing on new north-end flying zone (by the gravel pit).
No fixed wing or rotary wing FPV flying anywhere on the campsite during this time.
Noon-1:15PM Lunchtime demos, no sport flying allowed.
1:15PM-Whenever Sport Flying on 2.4ghz band and all 72mhz frequencies from casual board.
Note: no flying of “noisy” pusher prop aircraft or ducted fans after 9PM
4:00PM Friday General Raffle drawing. Ladies raffle.
4:45-5PM Small warbird mass launch.
Saturday
First light-Noon Sport Flying on 2.4ghz band and all 72mhz frequencies from casual board.
Note: no flying of “noisy” pusher prop aircraft or ducted fans until 8AM.

Sunday
First light-Noon Sport Flying on 2.4ghz band and all 72mhz frequencies from casual board.
Note: no flying of “noisy” pusher prop aircraft or ducted fans until 8AM.
Noon-1:15PM Lunchtime demos, no sport flying allowed.
1:15PM-Whenever Sport Flying on 2.4ghz band and all 72mhz frequencies from casual board until dismantled and stowed around 3-4pm.
Note: no flying of “noisy” pusher prop aircraft or ducted fans after 9PM.
1:15PM Sunday General Raffle drawing.
Ladies Raffle.
1:30PM Presentation of the Biggest Model, Best Sport Model, Best Non-military Scale Model, Best Military Scale Model awards.
